These are just a few thoughts to consider for your TGP2 campaigns, more will be added later, so please consider this a work in process. If you have tips to share, take note that all TGP2 Base members are welcome to contribute with their own tips and tools.
1. Include the file name with your TGP2 submissions. As administrator for The TGP2 Pool, I often find myself staring at URLs that are incomplete. An incomplete URL is a missed opportunity. The following is a good example.
NO:
http://www.tgp2host.net/mature/silvie/YES:
http://www.tgp2host.net/mature/silvie/soccer_mom.htmlAs you see above, the included page name also reflects the content, this brings added value to your listing. When indexed by a search engine, this gallery will have more views and show up in more searches than the URL with no page name included, which ultimately reflects in your conversion rates.
To help maximize your conversion chances, always include the page name when submitting your galleries to a TGP2 portal or even listing the gallery on your own pages.
2. Avoid content that promotes type-in sales. As webmasters, we sometimes don't pay attention to the obvious. There is no better example than the case with banners, movie files and pics where the URL of the sponsor is imprinted. Imprinted content represents lost sales through type-in traffic.
Here are three examples.

The first image is clean, devoid of all imprinting, and is the preferred condition of many TGP webmasters and the viewing public.

The second image provides promotional text, making it a good advertising tool. It tells people there is a site associated with the image, but doesn't lead them into using their fingers to make the jump.

The third example includes the full URL and is the preferred format of most sponsors.
The problem with the third format is that it encourages type-in traffic, traffic comprised of viewing adults interested in visiting the site listed on the image or banner, but use their fingers to type the URL in their browser instead of clicking a link. You may not realize that there are significant numbers in type-in traffic generated every day, which in turn translates into a significant loss of revenue. Simple fact is, you need to encourage people to click your links to get paid.
Taking into consideration of your sponsors needs, I recommend that you ask your sponsor for banners and content that at the very least does not include the .com extension. If you can afford it, another alternative is to purchase licensed content. The point is to capture and increase your conversions and make TGP2 work for you. While I could say a lot about how sponsors are getting away with sales through type-in traffic without paying you the marketing agent, you can increase your sales now by simply keeping this fact in mind.
This is not to say that you should never use imprinted content, just choose wisely.
